Creating an account using false information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.
Each user may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being closed. It is your sole responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not to share them with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the round32 support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users must comply with all applicable laws and treat other users with respect while using the round32 platform. Attempting to hack any system or software on the platform, creating fake accounts, using bots to gain an unfair advantage, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account may be immediately suspended or permanently closed.
Users may not post or share any content on the platform that is offensive, obscene, misleading, or in violation of applicable laws in Bangladesh. round32's services are intended for personal entertainment only and may not be resold commercially or used for the benefit of third parties. round32 reserves the right to take any legal action in the event of a breach of these rules.
Payment & Transaction Policy (BDT)
All financial transactions on round32 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Both deposits and withdrawals must be made using verified payment methods registered in the user's own name. Transactions via bank accounts or mobile wallets belonging to another person are strictly prohibited.
Round32 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. If money laundering or any illegal activity is suspected, round32 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction and, where necessary, notify the relevant authorities. All promotional offers and bonuses are subject to their own individual terms and conditions.

All content on the round32 platform — including logos, designs, software, game content, text, and other materials — is protected under round32's intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior authorization. round32 is not responsible for the content or policies of any third-party external links that may appear on the platform; users visit such sites entirely at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Round32 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in unlawful conduct. Whether any remaining balance is refunded will depend on the outcome of round32's investigation.
Users may request to close their account at any time. All pending transactions must be settled before closure, and any verified balance will be returned. Under our Responsible Gaming policy, users may also request self-imposed limits or a temporary break, which round32 will honour and action accordingly.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Round32 reserves the right to modify, supplement, or revoke these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Where changes are significant, round32 will make reasonable efforts to notify users via their registered contact details. Continued use of the platform after any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or legal matters shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through mutual discussion; if no resolution is reached, legal proceedings will follow. Should any part of these Terms be deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
